I've spent two decades building operational infrastructure in organizations that didn't have it — turning ambiguity into systems, and systems into outcomes. The career path has been genuinely weird — live music, culinary, global advocacy — and every turn added something useful. Turns out the skills that make a kitchen run during service and the skills that make a PMO function under pressure are more similar than you'd think.
At Global Citizen, I built the PMO from the ground up and have led it for nearly a decade — cross-functional programs spanning 100+ stakeholders, multimillion-dollar portfolios, and events with global reach. I operate at 30,000 feet and in the weeds, often simultaneously.
When AI started changing what operational leverage actually looked like, I got curious and stayed curious. opsIQ — a Slack-native LMS that generates quizzes from SOPs and administers them automatically — went from zero to production on Cloudflare's developer platform with no engineering team and $0.28 in infrastructure costs. I find systems gaps and close them. Recently the tools available for doing that got dramatically more interesting.

Built the organization's project management office from zero — governance frameworks, intake and prioritization systems, RACI structures, tooling infrastructure, and cross-functional delivery at scale across events, content, partnerships, and advocacy.
AI · Internal Tooling
An AI-powered LMS built to automate staff SOP training and quiz generation across a global org. Generates multiple-choice, multi-select, and short-answer quizzes from source documents. Administers assessments directly in Slack.
Automation · Workflow
Cloudflare Worker with a cron trigger that pulls upcoming Programming tasks and Milestones from Asana and posts a formatted digest to Slack every week. Replaced a manual coordination step, made weekly priorities legible across teams, and eliminated the reminder that nobody was sending.
Infrastructure · Personal Lab
A personal homelab running on a Mac Mini M4 — fully containerized in Docker Compose, remote access via Cloudflare Tunnel with Zero Trust authentication, private mesh networking via Tailscale, and DNS-layer filtering via NextDNS. The same standards I apply at work: documented, maintainable, no shortcuts. This is where new tools get tested before they become work tools.
